The Business Incubator Center contains approximately 35,000 feet of mixed use client/tenant space. Our space is ideally suited for manufacturing, technology, construction, food production, and services. Unit sizes vary, with the ability to move walls or combine units as needed to accommodate most any configuration. Because our campus and programs have been honed over the more than 25 years in operation, the success rate for our graduated clients is more than 80% after 5 years in business.

All units have access to shared services, and some units offer special facilities such as overhead doors, industrial air compressor, paint booth, loading dock, handicap ramp, yard space, heavy duty electrical service, forklift access, etc.

Common shared services include:

  • Shared fax and copier/printer machines
  • Shared computer with Internet, spreadsheets and word processing
  • Receptionist/lobby area for visitor reception, and available optional limited secretarial services
  • Mail and package delivery/pick up from USPO, FedEx and UPS, and large freight truck during weekdays
