Mandy DeCino serves as the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Director at the Business Incubator Center. As an entrepreneur and previous business owner herself, Mandy has been educating, equipping, and supporting entrepreneurs in western Colorado for over 20 years.
After earning her MBA from Colorado Mesa University, she began purchasing rental houses in Mesa County. Her love for real estate parlayed into ownership of a property management company, a mortgage company, and ultimately, the creation of a real estate investment networking and education club, which Mandy created to help equip those entering the real estate investment market with knowledge and resources.
In 2018 and after serving on HopeWest’s NextGen Board, Mandy felt called to work for the nonprofit. There she grew her management skills, leadership acumen and knowledge navigating federal and state regulated programs. Most recently, she helped start and successfully run the HopeWest PACE initiative, a Medicare and Medicaid program aiming to help the frail elderly stay living safely at home.
She is thrilled to combine her knowledge in government programs with her heart for entrepreneurship and small business owners in an area she loves through her new role leading the Grand Junction Small Business Development Center Office at the Business Incubator Center. Feel free to reach out directly to Mandy and welcome her to the team at MDeCino@gjincubator.org.

Please feel free to reach out directly to Mike and welcome him to the BIC team at MRitter@gjincubator.org.
