The Business Incubator Center (BIC) programs are designed to accelerate the successful development of start-up and fledgling companies by providing entrepreneurs with an array of targeted resources and services. Client Companies at BIC have access to management guidance, technical assistance and consulting tailored to young, growing companies. In addition to full or part-time rental space and flexible leases, they receive on-going company-specific business coaching, shared basic business services and equipment, technology support services, and assistance in obtaining financing necessary for company growth. One of the most valuable rewards from participation in a BIC’s Program is the community of peer entrepreneurs and staff who will surround you every day. To apply to participate in a BIC Client Company Program, your business must be:

  • A business start, in operation for less than 5 years.
  • An existing company that has undergone substantial change in ownership or business model within one year of application date.
  • A home-based business that is ready to transition to a professional environment.
