After-Hours Ag Community Gathering

Join the Western Colorado Alliance’s Food & Local Ag Committee (FLAG) on March 14th from 3-6pm for a relaxed after-hours lawn gathering following the Ag Awareness Week kickoff. This free  community event is an opportunity to connect with local producers, agricultural advocates, and community members who support food systems in Western Colorado.

FLAG members will be available to share information about their work throughout the year, including farm tours, producer and provider networking events, legislative engagement on food and agriculture policy, and community initiatives supporting agricultural mental health.

The event will take place on the north lawn of the Lowell Building in downtown Grand Junction. Guests are welcome to purchase beverages from Gemini Beer Company and food from nearby food trucks while enjoying lawn games, prizes, and conversation with others who care about local agriculture.
