Are you ready to get your website up and running, but have no idea where to start? Join us for a four-day workshop and work alongside the instructor as you build your Squarespace site!

Course schedule:

*Course is held one day a week for four weeks.

March 9th

Choose your domain name and your website template. Your instructor will walk you through Squarespace and discuss the elements that will be needed for you to start your site. You will decide which pages your site will need and discuss the importance of branding!

March 16th

 Begin to design your web pages, determine which features you will need to include, add images, and establish essential SEO features.

March 23rd

Dive into marketing, scheduling, and analytics. Your instructor will go over essential website settings and assist with any complications you may have run into during the building process.

March 30th

Learn essential features for your ecommerce site, set up a shopping cart, and take payments!

Instructor: Cassidy Jimerson is an SBDC Certified Business Consultant. She graduated from Colorado Mesa University with a degree in mass communications. After college she worked in marketing for 2 years before deciding to go out on her own. She now runs Foxglove and Thistle Designs as a freelance media consultant. As a media consultant, Cassidy helps small businesses in the Grand Valley with website design, graphic design, and social media management.
