Starting at 9 AM, every third Friday of each month, we brew conversations and perspectives about issues impacting entrepreneurs and business managers in Mesa County.  Each month we feature speakers on actionable business acumen topics and networking among local businesses managers.

The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) can assist community members with FREE and confidential business consulting/advising and LOW-COST business classes.  The SBDC isn’t just for start-ups, but for any area of business including concept, growth, and exit.  Come and learn more about the SBDC and their flagship program, Leading Edge™, a course designed to teach you how to start and/or grow a successful business based on an actionable business plan.

Mandy came to BIC as the Director of the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) last August after spending nearly 7 years at HopeWest helping to build a national health care model called Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).  A life-long entrepreneur, Mandy has started and owned businesses mainly in real estate and in the health & wellness space.

Coffee Club is an event organized by FWorks, a program of the Business Incubator Center, to bring business acumen, entrepreneurial discussions, and networking opportunities to small business owners in the Fruita area.  Networking with Coffee Club attendees allows businesses to discuss their small business experiences and provide information of interest to others in our local small business community, beyond just spreading the word about their business.
