Joining F*works and the Business Incubator Center in July is Sam Fresher, Esq. Sam will be delivering a presentation entitled “Your Business is Not You: How to Maintain Limited Liability Protection in Life and in Death”

Sam is the founder of Fresher Law PLLC, a firm specializing in business law, estate planning and probate, and real estate. Sam prides himself on providing thoughtful, personalized service to his clients.

Sam is a graduate of University of Colorado Law School, where he served as Associate Editor of the Colorado Law Review. After graduation, Sam was awarded a competitive clerkship with the Chief Justice of the Colorado Supreme Court. After his clerkship, Sam worked as an associate at a leading Grand Valley law firm. There, he gained practical experience in a wide variety of practice areas including trial advocacy, estate planning, and transactional law.

Sam looks forward to having a cup with you Friday, July 19th at 9am. We’ll be in our conference room adjoining the F*works co-working space on the 2nd floor.
