Business broker Michael Phillip with more than a decade in business valuation experience will join us. Michael appraises businesses for sales, tax, and litigation purposes. He consults business owners transition into retirement through either a business sale or other options. How is the value of your business determined? What numbers are looked at and why? How tax returns and financial statements are used to determine what a business is worth? How will a buyer look at the business value?

Michael has served on the board of the GJ Symphony and Foundation. He is a member of the International Business Broker Assn, International Society of Business Appraisers, Exit Planning Institute, National Association of Certified Valuators & Analysts, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.
