This presentation walks through the full hiring lifecycle—from creating a clear and effective job description, avoiding common application mistakes, and conducting strong, compliant interviews, to extending a thoughtful offer, onboarding the right candidate, and setting them up for success on day one. The goal is to help employers attract better candidates, make confident hiring decisions, and build a positive employee experience from the very start.
