In this two-part course, you will learn everything you need to know about attracting more customers and earning more money for your business.  Our instructors will cover everything from low-cost strategies that can jump-start your business to building a growth engine that takes your brand to the next level.

Class One:

• Marketing vs. Sales and why you need to understand the difference.
• Branding and your identity – how customers see you.
• Understanding your target market – it’s not who you think it is.
• The psychology of success and money – what stops you from succeeding.
• Developing your unique value proposition to make customers buy.
• Marketing math and goal-setting.
• The importance of analytics and what to measure.

Class Two:

• Customer relationships and how to keep them coming back.
• Setting up an automated marketing system.
• Website fundamentals and your online presence.
• Understanding e-commerce and why you should have an online store.
• Pay-per-click advertising (Google, Facebook, Instagram)
• Advertising in print and other media
