Calculating the True Costs of a Product or Service Business

In this one-hour class, we will discuss and illustrate useful tools for accurately calculating the cost of providing a product or service.  An understanding of the basics of an Excel Spreadsheet is a prerequisite for this class.  A cost analysis spreadsheet will be constructed with input provided by the class.
